Setting E-Mail Password Policy

As of December 2021 you can now set your own password requirements and complexity in the E-mail Administration Portal.

Once inside the Administration Portal, select "Password Policies" on the left side menu.


After, you must then add your first policy before you can customize the settings.   Click "Add New" on the right side.



Enter the fields as shown, noting that they are all free text and cosmetic to what you would like them to read.  The field "precedence" however should be numeric for order purposes.



Once you "Save" you can then click on "modify" to the right side and then customize the policy how you wish.  You can also add multiple policies and add different ones to different users.
